Synopsis

London, 1812. In the glittering world of the Regency ton, reputation is everything—and rescue can be ruin.

The Marquis of Bryde is known as society’s “Connoisseur,” a man of taste, charm, and very dangerous curiosity. Bored with polite society, he makes a reckless decision: to rescue a mysterious young woman who clearly does not wish to be found.

Reyeh Léopard, grieving the loss of her parents, just wants to return to Vienna. However her family have other deadly plans for her. She’s at a loss to discern if allowing the marquis to rescue her, could be more painful for her heart than facing death itself.

This is a hilariously fun Regency romp that’ll have you turning the pages long into the night.
