Synopsis

Sent to Scotland for an arranged marriage, Englishwoman Eleanor de Eskerville is ambushed on a freezing, foggy Highland road. She is rescued by Rory mac Callum, a battle weary Scottish warrior carrying his own deep, unhealed scars of war. At Blarmoran Castle, Eleanor discovers her ambitious betrothed, William, is conspiring with rival Strathbarr raiders to ruin Rory’s clan. When William murders the Deputy Sheriff and frames Rory, the pair must flee as outlaws into a blinding winter blizzard. By courageously exposing this treason to the authorities, they defeat the conspirators, Rory is named Lord of Dunlochry, and they happily wed.
