Synopsis

Erin Meadows is ready to start her first year of college with her adopted sister, Cai Sawyer. After experiencing a family tragedy that shook her faith, Erin has no intention of going back to church or repairing her relationship with God. But after a traumatic car accident and a devastating breakup with her boyfriend Dominic, she re-evaluates her life and decides to give God another chance.

Landon Carter is no stranger to the expectations of being a pastor’s son. Being held to a higher standard leaves no room for mistakes, but Landon is constantly confronted by the demons of his past and struggles with forgiving himself. When Erin begins attending his church, he is tested in more ways than one and finds himself drawn to her. They quickly realize the difficulty of trying to outrun the past and wonder if they will have enough strength to surpass the storm or fall victim to the attacks of the enemy.
