Synopsis

A simple Mediterranean cruise to soothe a broken heart spirals into a fake marriage, all thanks to the twisted words of a loud-mouthed quarterback.

When her best friend is left at the altar, Billie Leigh, creator and CEO of a thriving gaming company, turns a heartbreaking event into a girls’ trip. While on the “honeymoon” Mediterranean cruise, the ladies meet a group of NFL players and become instant friends.

What started as a flirty friendship between Billie and Preston twists into a wedding nightmare due to Preston’s big yapper and the misguided press believing that the new billionaire and quarterback were on a honeymoon cruise together. Greedy for more buzz, the press discovers secrets and makes assumptions, putting the two lovers-turned-enemies’ careers at risk.

To keep their fans and board members happy and their careers intact, they must get married. For reals. Billie’s dream of a happily ever after wedding crumbles to pieces, and it’s all Preston’s fault. Of course, Preston doesn’t believe he’s entirely to blame, especially since she wasn’t exactly forthright about her identity.

Can they make a marriage work and keep the press from discovering the lies? Or will their secrets and prejudices tear them apart and destroy their careers?

Games of a Billionaire is a swoony, kissing-only/no-spice, clean-language romance comedy.
