Synopsis

She’s in danger. He’s sworn to keep her alive.

Elijah Breeth keeps his life simple and his heart guarded. A former Army Ranger haunted by war, he’s built his world around discipline, solitude, and the walls he’s built to keep his past from bleeding into the present.

Everything changes when he makes a deathbed promise to protect Andie Montgomery—an icy, headstrong woman who just returned to town grieving a devastating loss and counting down the days until she can leave again.

He never expected she would already have a target on her back.

When a chilling threat puts Andie’s life in jeopardy, Elijah’s vow to protect her becomes a dangerous, all-consuming mission.

He refuses to leave her side.

He watches her every step.

And he prepares to go to war with anyone who comes near her.

Together, they race to uncover who’s hunting her—while fighting the attraction neither of them can afford.

He’s her bodyguard.

She’s the one woman who can break him.

And every moment they spend together makes walking away harder.

But when buried secrets from both their pasts come to light, the walls they’ve built begin to crack.

Trusting each other could cost them everything.

Walking away could cost her life.

As unseen enemies close in and danger escalates, Elijah and Andie must decide if faith, love, and redemption are worth the ultimate risk.

A heart-pounding, faith-filled romantic suspense about a fiercely protective hero who never walks away.
