Synopsis

Mr. Darcy might have said “My good opinion once lost is lost forever” first, but Torrance Rodriquez has made it her life mantra… at least when it comes to me. After a not-so-stellar first meeting, she has spent the majority of the last eight years loathing me and the feelings are mutual… mostly.
Torrance might be beautiful, but she’s dangerous. From her sharp wit, to her razor sharp intellect you never quite know what you’re going to get, but dang it if I’m not at least a little intrigued. So, when my best friend’s new fiancée coerces me into driving cross-country with the bane of my existence its only a matter of time before sparks fly.

More than a Promise is a closed-door romantic comedy with real-life issues, thoughts and discussions of anxiety, awkward and chaotic moments, and lots of back and forth banter. There is no swearing and no intimacy beyond sweet and swoony kissing.
