Synopsis

A sweet, slow-burn equestrian romance.

Jake is loving his job as assistant trainer until his flight is cancelled and he’s stuck in Florida. But there is an extra seat in the truck, so transporter Linny invites him to ride with her and the horses instead.

Two days with a beautiful woman should be a no-brainer, right? But Jake’s tongue-tied and Linny is a firecracker. Still, by the time they reach home, he’s wishing she weren’t heading off on another job.

Linny wasn’t sure taking over her father’s business while he recovered from surgery was a good idea. But now that she’s dipped her toe into equestrian life, she wants more. But horses aren’t the only thing she wants more of. Every time Jake’s name shows up on her phone screen, she can’t help texting late into the night with the sweet, awkward guy she drove up from Florida with.
