Synopsis

In this action-packed fantasy romance novel, Lila Martin finds herself in the middle of a war she’s oblivious to. When Ryker Johnson is assigned to look after her, all hell breaks loose. Both of them have to work together to stay alive, learning to trust each other along the way- or so they thought.

Lila must learn the truth about who she is and become who she was always meant to be. Ryker must protect his family’s legacy- one he doesn’t know the half of. Together or separately, they both have to learn that blood isn’t the only thing that makes someone family.
