Synopsis

The youngest daughter of a minor chieftain, Lorna is living a quiet life on the peaceful shores of the Jeweled Isles…until the night a terrible storm drags down her father’s vessel. With the help of a fierce dragon, her father escapes drowning, but at a cost. In exchange for saving her father’s life, the dragon demands one of his daughters.

Swept away from her island, her family, and all she’s ever known, Lorna finds herself in a magical, underground cave where invisible servants cater to her during the day. During the night, an unknown man visits her room without touching her.

Although she suffers no harm, and despite her growing feelings towards the stranger, Lorna is determined to return to the Jeweled Isles. However, far more than simply her freedom is at stake. The dragon who brought her here and the man who visits her at night are both bound by an awful curse. To free herself, Lorna will have to free them, as well. And that means undoing the harm of a fateful kiss, unveiling a magical gift she didn’t know she possessed, surviving a perilous journey, and making a sacrifice that will either redeem them all or cause their ultimate destruction.
