Synopsis

Through whispered prayers and letters to a man she had yet to meet, God wrote a love story far bigger than Hannah could have ever imagined.

At first glance this may seem like a typical boy-meets-girl love story. But it goes far deeper than that.

Hannah Cook longed deeply for love, yet kept searching for it in all the wrong places. She craved a storybook romance, the kind she heard about in fairy tales, but what she didn’t realize was that she was actually seeking a love far greater than that. Through relationship after relationship, heartbreak after heartbreak, Hannah found herself wrestling with purpose, insecurity, waiting, and the quiet fear that the love she desired was something that would never happen.

Then one simple moment flipped her world upside down.

On her bedroom floor, with hot tears and mascara running down her cheeks, she whispered a quiet prayer of surrender that changed everything. What felt like a breaking point became a turning point—this simple act of crying out to God would alter the trajectory of her life in ways she never could have imagined.

After that moment, not only did her life begin to change but so did her heart. Instead of chasing after relationships, she began praying and writing letters for a man she had yet to meet, asking God to take the pen and write her love story the way He intended.

In doing so, God wrote a story for Hannah’s life that was far greater than she could have imagined for herself, and discovered a love far deeper than the one she had once been chasing.
