Synopsis

After her father’s mysterious death off the coast of Baja, Alia is left with more than grief. She’s inherited a fortune someone is willing to kill for.
Hidden among her father’s belongings is a cryptic warning urging her to disappear and contact a specific FBI agent. Obeying his final request, Alia flees to Taiwan under the guise of a teaching job, hoping distance will buy investigators time to uncover the truth.
It doesn’t.
