Synopsis

Trouble between fairy factions and the Simathe having been successfully avoided, Aerisia is at peace…until Moonkind healer Rittean Wis’ Curlm senses trouble afoot. Moonkind elderly are dying at an alarming rate, with no viable explanation. Determined to uncover the truth, she enlists the help of her cousin, the Artan, little knowing the answers she seeks may bring Rittean, herself into grave personal danger.

Meanwhile, The Hunter’s isolated lifestyle is fragmented by his ties to the Artan, the palace, the new fairy leader, and their need of his services. Try as he might to maintain distance between Rittean, the Moonkind, and himself, when the woman he still loves is threatened The Hunter will do anything to defend her. Including divulge truths of magic, thousands of years old, that could safeguard Aerisia or destroy it.
