Synopsis

TWO BROKEN HEARTS, AN AGREEMENT, AND A GOD WHO SETS THE SOLITARY IN FAMILIES

The unexpected passing of Onome’s husband throws her into a precarious situation that threatens to expose the lie she has fought so hard to hide from her family. Despite her broken dreams and a shattered heart, she’s determined to make a life for herself and her six-year-old son without blowing her cover. What should have been a simple weekend with a fake fiancée on his arm turns into a five-month arrangement leading up to his cousin’s coronation.

Spending time with Onome and her son exposes Uche’s deepest desire for love and a family. However, to have the life he so desires, he must face his fear of abandonment, and Onome must decide whether her heart is ready to love again so soon after loss. Can she entrust her and her son’s hearts to a man battling old wounds? Will the love between these two broken people blossom into the family they need?
