Synopsis

How can two people who know each other so well, be so clueless?

Emma Woodhouse, devoted to her aging grandfather and her career, is happily single. But that’s never stopped her from making matches for others. Her best friend George thinks it’s a terrible hobby, but it’s not like knitting hats or hot yoga ever changed the course of history. When you’re good at something as important as matchmaking, it just has to be done.

George Knightley is sure about two things. One, Emma’s annoying new hobby is going to kill him, and two, he’s in love with her anyway. Not that he can do anything about either of those things. Their solid friendship is one of the best things in life, and just because she keeps cuddling up next to him on the couch to watch their favorite show at night doesn’t mean anything’s changing.

Or is it? Because just when Emma’s life starts steamrolling down a hill of what-the-heck-just-happened, their friendship will be put to the ultimate test.

Sometimes love needs a little nudge. In their case, it might need a miracle.
