Synopsis

Sasha Kristiansen takes off on a journey to discover more about her recently deceased father’s past. She ends up in a small Pacific Northwest town steeped in Norwegian culture from its architecture, restaurants, and shops, to its Viking-themed events. There in Bakery Bay, Sasha meets June, the owner of the Cliff House Inn, and a dear friend of her late father. But June has secrets she’s not willing to spill, and Sasha begins to wonder if June’s son, a young man who has captured Sasha’s attention and quite possibly her heart, is actually her father’s son. As Sasha unravels the mysteries surrounding her father’s time in Bakery Bay, she finds herself falling in love with the quaint and magical town, with its residents, its food, and with the strength and bravery it has taught her to embrace; the strength and bravery that runs in her Viking blood.
