Synopsis

Bethany Frazer is in a committed relationship with her job as an ER nurse until an attack disrupts her bright view of the world. Suffering from debilitating anxiety and fighting to regain her sense of stability, Beth leaves her home in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough hoping the small town of Osage Beach will provide space to heal. Only, it isn’t the town that brings the restoration she needs.

Connor Moore lives for his family and his work as fire chief, but welcoming his recovering father, Cal, into his home, upends more than his quiet routine. Between the medical bed in his living room and Cal’s meddling, Connor is desperate for a speedy recovery. That’s when Nurse Beth enters his world, shattering his illusions about what he wants and needs out of life.

While helping Cal learn to walk again, Beth crashes into the Moore Clan with her bubbly personality, accidentally crossing every boundary Connor has. But, despite his best efforts, Connor can’t resist the beauty in Beth’s smile. As they lean into each other, Beth and Connor find there’s more to life than work.
