In Music & Mirrors, the FMC is neurodivergent and there is reference to some harsh treatment when she was a child, which was how people often dealt with neurodivergence in the victorian era. But it’s a memory and only a couple of paragraphs. There are a couple of deaths but they are described from a distance without any gore etc.
