Since penning her first novel nearly twenty years ago, Carolyn has published more than twenty-five books. She writes primarily historical romance, bringing together her fascination with history, her love of detail, and her belief that hope and love can bloom anywhere. Recently she has dipped her toe into the waters of contemporary romance, specifically clean & cozy, cowboy romances. A native of rural Utah, Carolyn now enjoys life surrounded by Idaho mountains and open sky. When she isn’t writing, she’s often in her garden, enjoying her grandkids, or road-tripping with her husband always with an eye out for story ideas and roadside historical markers.
